Domestic Shipping
Local Pickup
Any item can be picked up at our warehouse in Millersburg free of charge if you would prefer to pick it up yourself or have a courier pick it up.
Small Package
Orders placed before 9 a.m. EST typically ship out the same day; later orders will ship the next day unless otherwise requested.
Packages weighing less than 150 lbs. will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to US territories.
Overnight shipping is available for most items.
Items with free shipping will not have an overnight shipping option; reach out to us if you need such an item expedited.
We can also ship to your UPS or FedEx account if preferred. If you want this shipped to your account, please check out with local pickup as the shipping option and provide us with your account number. We will need to know the zip code the account bills to and your desired shipping service (ground, 2-day, or overnight).
If this is an urgent need and same-day delivery is required, reach out to us for courier options.
Truck Freight
Larger items are shipped via truck. Freight typically ships out the day after payment has been received.
If you need a freight quote for an item, we will need to know the zip code the item ships to, whether it is a commercial or residential address, and if liftgate service is required.
To schedule freight, we will need the complete address with the company name and phone number. We will also need to know if the item is shipping to a commercial or residential address and if a forklift or loading dock is available.
If the item is listed with Flat Rate Freight, the shipping price is only for shipping to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift to unload in the lower 48 states. If such an item ships to a residence or liftgate service is required, the buyer will need to pay additional fees or the order will be cancelled.
If you would prefer to schedule the freight pickup yourself, we will provide basic freight preparation free of charge. If the item needs special preparation, such as crating, reach out to us for a quote. We typically prepare freight items the day after payment is received. If you are scheduling the freight on your end, you will need to schedule the pickup and email us a copy of the BOL.

International Shipping
Most items are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program. With the eBay International Shipping Program, we ship the order to a domestic address that eBay specifies, and eBay handles the shipping from there to the final destination. We are only able to track the package to the domestic address we ship to.
We can also ship internationally via UPS or FedEx, reach out to us if you would like to have a quote for such.
The actual purchase price will be shown on the invoice. We will not change prices on invoices or mark the package as a gift.
We do not schedule international truck freight but can prep items for such if you would like to arrange it on your end and provide us with the documents.
All taxes and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
