  • This unit needs new controls as the wrong power was supplied to the unit. PLC powers up but does not function. This has a motor clutch/brake. This controller does not work either. As stated needs new controls.
  • Conveyors power up and work fine. Just the automation does not work.
  • Stainless conveyor on stainless tube frame legs with leveling feet.
  • Belt speed: 33 FPM 115V 1 Phase
  • Overall length: 10'
  • Belt width: 4.5"
  • Case max size: 10x10x9" 9" is the max. height. Min width is 7" Turning wheels are 30" in diameter. 3/4" food grade plastic.
  • Bed Height: 34" Minimum on screw leveling feet. Set at 38" now
  • Shipping height could be at 67" with the light removed.
  • Please note that this video is not from this unit. It is from a simliar unit with same functions but working good.
