  • This is an icon for the tobacco industry. This was a centerpiece at Sutliff Tobacco.
  • As noted this is done for looks and not for function. Infeed belt is not tight nor does it have a tightener. The cutting blade does not line up as it should to shear the tobacco leaves.
  • 2Hp 230V 3 phase Motor is aftermarket as this piece was made around 1860s.
  • Infeed is 10" wide and 3' long.
  • Has brass rolling type chain to grab and feed the product to the cutter. 10" wide and 32" working length.
  • Cutting blade is 11.5" with 10" outfeed.
  • To be sold to a collector of Tobacciana or vintage American machinery.
