  • Used, in Good Working Condition, Tested OK.
  • This unit came out of a plastic manufacture plant.
  • This may be the machine that puts the wood texture in the plastic. We don’t know.
  • Has 4 motors. Top and bottom with 1 hp motor. 10" brush mounted on 1" shaft.
  • Sides have a 1/2hp motor with 2" brush.
  • Control panel with 4 VFDs to control motor speed.
  • This does not self feed. They had different machines for feeding this. Could possibly manual feed this unit.
  • Set for 4-1/2" wide. No indication of how thick the product was.
  • Brushes are a plastic or nylon type. Not a smooth surface.
  • This unit requires 480V and shop air. Motors could be switched to 240V but drives can not.
  • This machine is similar to a molding brush sander.
  • Feed in height is at 39".
