  • Used, in Good Working Condition. Removed From a Working Environment.
  • This unit was in operation before being moved. For high production and not a lot of stain changeovers. 
  • Power requirement 480V 3Ph 125 amps.
  • Reciprocating heads for flat finishing up to 48" material. Max height is less than 2" for good edge coverage. Belt and openings are 52".
  • Bare footprint is a 25 x 55' area. Should be installed in a min of 40x80' work area.
  • Allen Bradley Controls and VFDs to control the speeds. Deimco has a program for this unit.
  • 4 head sprayer with a 2 Graco pumps.
  • String Conveyor to hold and feed panels through the spray booth. Was used at 10FPM. This needs new string to be setup again. We saved an old string for referance of length for your new ones.
  • The string gets cleaned with an acetone and Scotchbright. This is in the spray booth.
  • Solvent Recycler URS900 this cleans and reuses the cleaner for the string conveyor. This is at least a $7000 addon piece that goes with the unit.
  • U shaped 180° conveyors in each end. Product could be flipped and sent through for the 2nd time.
  • Lots of extras.
  • Feather duster just before the booth.
  • 2 vacuum exhaust hoods after the booth
  • 3 Zone cure oven. 480V  125 amp power required.
  • All power wires have been pulled back into the control box and should be a simplier setup. Ends are marked.
