- This is a video inspection for production parts. Would work best if the parts were light weight and 3/4" thick and 3" circle. We do not have the original parts that were fed.
- Rodix Vibrator feeder hopper. 22x22x15"
- Conveyor with pneumatic cylinders to keep parts moving in a single file.
- Round glass turn table for parts to be fed under the inspection camera. CV-035C
- If item passes it gets blowen with air to a bin. If it fails it goes under unit in a rejection cage.
- 120V and shop air powered.
