- New Condition. Prime Conveyor Mfg date: 4/08/2022
- Mat Top Plastic Belt Conveyor. Includes new belt, uninstalled.
- The Belt is supported from a Box Channel Slider Bed with UHMW Wear/Guide Strips mounted to it.
- Conveyor is set up for bottle accumulation with pneumatic diverter/pushers and has a pick-up area at the end for robot arm lifter. This area is 13" x 42"L and has proximity sensors in place.
- 19' 4" Overall length. Conveyor will require some assembly.
- 6" belt width.
- 36" bed height. Adjustable by +2" -3"
- 10" Steel frame height.
- 1Hp 230/460V 3PH 24:1 Gear Drive.
